We are loyal Runescape players that have been playing the game for a long time and don't wish for Runescape to become an idle game. Runescape should return to the glory days of its 100,000 players. Anything else is just too disappointing. How do you ensure that Runescape retain its glory? It's not an easy question. If it was the case, it could be done.
I don't believe that all of the suggestions for improvement will solve the problems of Runescape. Of course, I have other ideas, but they'll be saved for another editorial. In the meantime I hope we can return to fishing rocktails, and mining ores, without having to consider coffins. This is all for now.
I think most of us have been playing the game for awhile now and because of that it has probably impacted our lives in some way. It's not that I mean "I discovered my wife after we got together and played Mahatma in edge", but small subtile ways. Be careful not to make obvious statements like "I have spent many hours at my laptop."
Here are some examples of mine. A lot of them are minor. In my high school chemistry class, I was the only one who knew that Iron+Coal=Steel. When I set up a bank account, I used my runescape pin. (Let's hope you never find out the reason for that! It doesn't have any money though.
Through Runescape I've also played other Jagex games like funorb. They were not as enjoyable as runescape, however. There are likely to be more. I don't remember the names, but I will write if I remember.
